Welcome to Kinki Studio Pte Ltd website ("website") terms and conditions of use. The Kinki Studio online store is owned and operated under the registered entity Kinki Studio Pte. Ltd (Company registration 201912785E) incorporated under the laws of Singapore. Please read through the terms and conditions of use carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect the privacy rights of our online visitors. All customer data collected by Kinki Studio Pte. Ltd. will not be released or distributed to any outside parties except for the purpose of facilitating deliveries of your purchases. We may from time to time send digital marketing email campaigns to our newsletter subscribers who have opted in, but we will never sell, release or distribute our customer details to any third parties. Kinki Studio will always treat our customer details with utmost confidentiality.
DATA DELETION
Should any user wish to request deletion of their data with our platform, they simply just need to drop us an email at sales@kinki-studio.com and our friendly staff will assist to delete all related user data, order histories and email addresses from our database.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE ,AVAILABILITY AND CANCELLATION
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and please note that items being put in your shopping bag are not reserved. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Kinki Studio will only be completed when you receive a payment confirmation email from us once your order payment has been accepted and due payment is fully received. Orders placed but not paid for in full will be cancelled after one day or if payment recovery efforts do not materialise. In the event that we are unable to obtain an authorization for payment due to any unforeseen technical error, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not fulfil our quality control standards and is withdrawn, Kinki Studio shall reserve the right not to accept your order without penalty on our part. Please note that once you have ordered with us, it meant that we have reserved time in our product fabrication exclusively for you. Any cancellations will incur a 4.5% processing fees.
PRICING & BILLING
Please note that the prices listed on the website are in US dollars (US$). If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in the US Dollars currency, note that the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day from your card issuer when the payment platform processes the transaction. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping is included to vast majority countries. All shipments will be shipped by air with tracking. During festive seasons periods, there may be slight delays in shipping due to higher order volumes to be processed. We seek our customers understanding should such situations happen. If an order is time-sensitive we would strongly suggest to reach out to us at sales@kinki-studio.com to opt for a chargeable premium express delivery option at checkout for priority handling.
PAYMENT MODES
Payment can be made by via PayPal or direct credit card input for payment cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, etc. You acknowledge that the credit/ debit card that is being used belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
PROMOTION COUPON CODES / REFUNDS
Promotional coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may or may not be used in conjunction with other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date as indicated on the website. In any event that a customer receives additional discounts due to an erroneous coupon code which does not reflect the marketing promotion mechanics that was advertised, Kinki Studio reserves the right to request for collection of the remainder payment from the customer before fulfilling the order without penalty on our part. Note that in the event a refund is requested for reasons that are eligible based on our return policy, refunds will take into account the promotional coupons that are applied which would be pro-rated across applicable products in your order.
STORE CREDIT COUPON CODES
Store credit coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Store credits have to be used on an order total greater than the value of the store credit coupon amount and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional code or offers. In the event that applying a store credit causes an order total to be zero we would advise to top up the purchase by adding additional items to your shopping bag as a zero order cannot be processed at checkout.
TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY
​The warranty of the products purchased from Kinki Studio is transferable from the original owner to the second owner. We need the original owner to initiate the warranty transfer to validate the warranty transfer.
