Anyway, did I say I love my Kinki Studios EX-M1?
I love my Kinki Studios EX-M1! The sound signature to me is very organic, never harsh or fatiguing in any way. Not that the stock unit is a slouch in any way, but being a good audiophile always wanting better, I switched out the on board Op-amps to Sparko Labs discreet Op-amps, and that change took the Kinki to a whole new level, with more detail and an almost 3D sound I associate with tube amps.
Anyway, during a recent move I had an unfortunate issue with my EX-M1 (my fault entirely), and it needed repair. Ken at Kinki Studios and I had extensive communication and I was able, with his help, to repair my amp. I really appreciated the customer service after my purchase!
Anyway, did I say I love my Kinki Studios EX-M1?
